Chicken El Corona

The classic beer of Mexico makes this exciting chicken dish come alive. When you heat things up with jalapenos, you'll know why it's a good idea to keep a glass of Corona nearby too. This is a Tex-Mex classic you'll want to remember.
3 – 2 ½ lb chickens, split in half (or six portions)
Marinade:
3 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ bunch cilantro, chopped
2 cups safflower oil (vegetable)
1 cup Corona beer
2/3 cup fresh lime juice
2/3 cup fresh orange juice
fresh ground black pepper
